Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and enrich the lives of seniors.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
