Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living and healthcare services, is looking for a dedicated Floor Tech / Utility Housekeeper to join our team at our gated retirement community. As a Floor Tech / Utility Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' living environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the community through the use of specialized equipment.
- Handle and dispose of waste in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with room and furniture setups as per work orders.
- Support in moving and delivering heavy objects/packages.
- Perform trash removal activities, including refuse and recycling.
- Handle hard floor surfaces and carpeted areas through various cleaning methods.
Requirements
- Operate carpet care, hard floor care, and trash removal equipment safely.
- Flexible to accommodate resident and department requests.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Safely operate Housekeeping vehicles as needed.
- Prior experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 3 years.
