Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages in accordance with national guidelines.
• Examine, diagnose, and treat dental issues, ensuring proper care, disease prevention, and treatment.
• Lead and support dental clinic staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Manage and direct dental staff support activities while delivering quality care.

Requirements

• Completion of ADA accredited dental program: DDS or DMD.
• Active Idaho dental license and BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with under-served populations.
• Able to work independently and within a team, managing dental staff support activities effectively.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver high-quality dental treatment to improve patient well-being.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in dental care delivery.
• Develop positive relationships with patients, vendors, and clinic staff.
• Uphold professionalism, compliance, and the organization's values at all times.
