Dispatch Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dispatch Manager to join our team at Orepac Holding Company in Denver, CO. As the Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial and local delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customer locations and job sites. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage a team of drivers and uphold OrePac's core values.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and appraising employees.
• Coordinate truck schedules and ensure efficient routing of deliveries.
• Onboard new drivers and manage delivery operations equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
