Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join the team at McDowell Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a part of our store team, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Your responsibilities will include receiving donations courteously, placing items in designated areas, and assisting customers with loading and unloading items.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Accept donations from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Label items accurately and offer receipts to donors.
- Assist in loading and unloading furniture and other items.
- Maintain merchandise placement and organization following standards.
- Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Pass background check and drug screen as required.
