Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team at the Greenfield Store (University & Greenfield). As a member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and supporting the mission of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). Your responsibilities will include receiving donations, maintaining the organization of merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept donations and provide outstanding customer service.
- Label donations accurately and provide receipts to donors.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading items.
- Maintain the organization of the production room and merchandise display areas.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
