Donation Attendant - PT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join the team at our Union Hills Store location in Phoenix, Arizona. As a member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service, processing donations efficiently, and ensuring a positive brand experience for our customers.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Correctly label donations and place them in the designated areas.
• Offer receipts to donors for all donations.
• Identify and handle potentially hazardous donations.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production room and sales floor.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.
• Adhere to safety regulations and conduct equipment inspections.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-train as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficient in English.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
