Join the TPC Network as a Head Tennis Professional for the vibrant Adult Programming team at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, Georgia. This pivotal role involves assisting the Director of Tennis Operations in managing all aspects of the tennis operation, with a primary focus on designing and executing tennis programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Sports Management preferred
• Advanced knowledge of tennis court protocol, rules, and regulations
• Minimum of four years of tennis teaching experience
• Certified through USPTA (Level P-2 or Higher) or PTR (Level Instructor or higher)

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct diverse tennis programs for all ages and skill levels
• Create promotional materials for program communication
• Manage event services coordination with other club departments
• Supervise and train tennis shop and operations staff
• Ensure proper maintenance of tennis courts and equipment
• Oversee tennis racket repair and inventory
• Assist with budget planning and cost controls
• Maintain a high level of customer service and promote the club's service philosophy
• Market the club within the local area and against competitors
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
• Manage cleanliness and merchandising of the tennis shop
• Communicate effectively with members and guests
• Open and close tennis business operations following standards
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as needed
