Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of room attendants and ensure excellent customer service is provided for guests. Join our team at a local hotel and be a part of a great work environment in the hospitality industry.

Starting Pay:

$18 to $19/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Needs to be flexible, including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee staff daily.
• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Schedule shifts and arrange replacements for absences.
• Establish cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
• Motivate team members and resolve job-related issues.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock.
• Participate in large cleaning projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Stamina to handle physical demands.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma is a plus.
