Inside Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Operations Specialist to join Keter Environmental Services LLC, a leading waste and recycling management company. As an Inside Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing waste and recycling programs for assigned properties, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations for multiple properties across a large geographic area.
• Dispatch hauling services based on analysis of container history and other relevant data.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and temporary container placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to enhance overall service experience.
• Process work orders promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid home/office environment with moderate noise levels and occasional after-hours work requirements.

Compensation

Yearly Salary Range: $16.91 - $22.31
