Job Description
We are looking for a diligent Janitor to join our team at McKellips Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at our facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, and other areas as needed. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness are essential for this role.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.
- Safeguard company property and report incidents promptly.
- Alert leaders about major repairs or additions to building systems.
- Keep conference rooms and restrooms clean and well-supplied.
- Perform various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning.
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
- Participate in team activities and demonstrate Goodwill core values.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
- One year experience in janitorial services or related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR may be required.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency in English.
