Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Loan Workout Specialist to join International State Bank of Raton. As a specialist in managing distressed loans, you will analyze borrowers' financial situations, develop strategies to mitigate risks, negotiate loan modifications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate borrowers' financial conditions and develop strategies to address defaults and delinquencies.
- Negotiate with borrowers and stakeholders to reach agreements on loan modifications and settlements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to execute effective workout strategies.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all workout activities and agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial banking or loan servicing.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software applications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $175,000 yearly.
