Winchester Country Club is seeking a Long Term - Seasonal Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team. As an essential member of the course maintenance crew, you will play a key role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our golf course. If you enjoy being outdoors, are passionate about golf, and take pride in keeping landscapes pristine, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and clubhouse grounds.
• Perform bunker maintenance and divot repairs.
• Assist with debris removal and small improvement projects.
• Prepare and maintain driving range, practice greens, and short game playing areas.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule

Positions available from March 2024 through November 2024, with employment resuming in Mar/Apr 2025. Shifts may vary based on special events, holidays, and seasonal changes.
