Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team at Vocational Instruction Project Community Services Inc. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include promoting professionalism and respect in all client interactions, adhering to care plans, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Competencies

• Current NYS LPN License
• Current NYS Infection Control Certificate
• Minimum one year of LPN experience, preferably in a substance abuse treatment program
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computers

Job Requirements

• Must have the necessary senses or prosthetics to perform job functions
