Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings and grounds of affordable housing properties.
- Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
- Respond to on-call schedule requirements promptly.
- Ensure reliable transportation for tools and supplies.
- Utilize technology for efficient work processes.
