Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining production machines, plant facilities, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Carry out emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities.
• Utilize various tools to detect and resolve issues, maintaining a focus on product quality.
• Comply with safety regulations and uphold clean work areas.
• Work on plumbing maintenance and carpentry tasks as required.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Good communication skills, team-oriented, and a self-starter.
• High school diploma/GED and craft apprenticeship completion or equivalent experience.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience, with strong skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in PLC/Robot programming and HVAC is advantageous.
