Job Description

We are hiring a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join Transdev in Johnson County, KS. This role involves maintaining a fleet of 93 vehicles and ensuring their safety and functionality. If you are a skilled mechanic with experience in automotive or diesel repair, this position offers competitive wages starting at $30/hr, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, shift flexibility, ASE certification opportunities, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure customer safety.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle components like brakes, engines, suspensions, etc.
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain maintenance records.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred (company training provided).
• 3+ years of automotive or diesel repair experience or equivalent education.
• Must have adequate mechanic's tool set; ASE certifications are a plus.
• Subject to DOT drug testing requirements.
