Mental Health Therapist, Licensed - Adult Outpatient - Relocation Offered

Are you a mental health therapist, counselor, or social worker looking to make a positive impact in your community? Marion County Health and Human Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding Adult Behavioral Health Program. In this role, you will provide therapy to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support a high-risk and underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health therapy to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
• Work collaboratively with other team members including therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists.
• Act as a lead clinician providing clinical consultation and assistance to interns and staff.
• Deliver advanced therapeutic interventions and crisis intervention services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• State of Oregon licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum one year postgraduate experience in behavioral health.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
