Student Radiology Tech Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Student Radiology Tech Assistant to join our team at Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). As a Student Radiology Technologist, you will assist with imaging exams, perform diagnostic procedures, maintain records, and provide high-quality services while effectively communicating with patients and care providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic routine procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and supplies for patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Operate imaging equipment and PACS system.
• Respond to emergencies and codes as needed.
• Transition to a Radiology Technologist role upon ARRT registry completion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Enrollment in an accredited Radiology Technologist program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
