Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our Comprehensive Care Center, you will provide patient care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a diverse population and healthcare team to promote excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes. You will have the chance to apply evidence-based practices, critical thinking, and compassionate care to support individuals and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based care plans and treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve measurable goals and outcomes.
- Supervise and educate clinic team members to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with treatments.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
- Active BLS and RN licenses.
- Demonstrated adherence to professional nursing standards and competencies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
