We are looking for a dedicated individual to assume the role of Middle School Principal at Match Education for the 2024-2025 academic year. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong academic program for 6th-8th grade students.
• Support and advocate for the school community, emphasizing collaborative decision-making and student-centered leadership.
• Lead the growth, performance, and retention of teachers and other staff members.
• Engage in strategic planning and change management in coordination with school leadership teams.
• Provide vision and direction on curriculum, assessments, and pedagogy to ensure instructional effectiveness.
• Create a safe, joyful, and learning-focused school culture.
• Prioritize family and community engagement to foster strong relationships and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education leadership experience, ideally as a principal or assistant principal.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience.
