Alpha Transport is currently seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanic to join our team. This position involves a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on our fleet of trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Perform major and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair air and electrical systems.
• Handle minor diesel engine repairs.
• Repair suspension, brake systems, and components.
• Manage tire maintenance.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Travel between markets if required.
• Execute other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified diesel mechanic.
• Must own tools.
• DOT certified.

Preferred:

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a certified diesel mechanic.
• Welding experience.
• CDL Class A driver's license.
