Job Description

We are seeking a passionate MST Therapist to join PermiaCare's dynamic team. The MST Therapist will provide evidence-based intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth and their families. This short-term, intensive, and community-based clinical intervention aims to promote pro-social behavior and prevent further involvement with the juvenile justice system through services delivered in the child's community and home.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct MST assessments and engage key participants in active treatment.
  • Implement problem conceptualization, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
  • Maintain clear documentation of treatment efforts according to MST principles.
  • Ensure fidelity to MST service models and achieve productivity targets.
  • Coordinate MST services, maintain confidentiality, and comply with policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Professional licensure preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Valid Texas Driver's license and clean driving record required.
