Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join Truck and Trailer Specialties, Inc., a family-owned company with a focus on providing high-quality plow trucks and associated services. As our Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily functions of the Howell Shop. This includes communicating with customers and vendors in person, by phone, and via email, managing service work orders, tracking employee time, assisting customers with part pick-ups, and directing them to the parts department. You will work closely with the shop manager and team leads to schedule deliveries, prepare outgoing and incoming packages, process invoices and payments, confirm and track purchase orders, manage incoming calls, perform filing tasks, maintain office areas, order office supplies, and provide operational support to the shop manager and others. Details
This is a full-time position and the schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation details include an hourly wage in the range of $18 to $21, based on experience and qualifications.
