Salary: $12 /hr, with experience

Einstein Bros.® Bagels is your neighborhood bagel shop, proud to provide guests with freshly baked bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee, and catering. We are seeking team leaders to join our brand new location at W. Airport and 99. Team leaders will assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including training, management of team members' hours and breaks, cash handling, and opening/closing tasks. Key qualifications include punctuality, strong communication and computer skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently, excellent guest service aptitude, and a passion for serving fresh and quality food.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Train and manage team members' hours and breaks.
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing tasks.
• Mediate guest complaints.

Requirements

• 1 year in a supervisory role preferred but not required.
• Food safety certification in the state of Texas, or obtain certification prior to store opening.
• Spanish-English bilingualism is a plus.
