Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation in assigned department(s).
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
- Prepare, store, rotate, and stock products for sale.
- Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation.
- Ensure cases and shelves are clean and well-stocked.
- Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep logs as required.
- Assist with periodic inventory checks.
- Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling techniques.
- Maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintain equipment in accordance with Whole Foods Market cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ensure accuracy of signs and pricing.
- Immediately report safety hazards and violations and perform other duties as assigned.
