Part time COMMUNITY MANAGER

Job Description

We are an established Real Estate Management & Brokerage Company managing over 100 investment properties across Oregon and Washington. As a team, we uphold values of integrity, leadership, and commitment. We are currently seeking a part-time Community Manager for a manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deposit all space rents and additional fees on collection days.
• Enforce rental agreements, rules, and regulations.
• Perform administrative duties including maintaining tenant files, screening applicants, and preparing reports.
• Maintain Facility grounds, facilities, and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance is a plus.

Benefits

• Part-time role (20 hours/week).
• Salary of $1,500/month plus housing and utilities.
• 3 weeks PTO per year and 401K contribution after 90 days.
