Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1's team. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data to predict machine failures and minimize downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include utilizing reliability equipment, analyzing gathered data, and working closely with maintenance planners to schedule repairs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
- Review data to predict pending failure.
- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs.
- Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
- Change filters, oil, and grease.
- Recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failure.
- Collect oil samples for lab analysis.
- Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
- Identify conditions requiring attention.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Military experience is considered.
- Root cause failure analysis expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
