Responsibilities

• Assess areas where assistance is needed for persons served.
• Coordinate resources and monitor service delivery.
• Develop service plans and attend regular meetings with clients.
• Generate billable units through case noting client work.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with a major in social work or related field.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and insured vehicle.
• Clear local and/or state background checks.
• Experience in education or treatment of persons served with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• LSW or BOSW Licensure is a plus.
