Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Contribute to warehouse inventory counts.
• Participate in improving warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior and positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
