Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to predict, analyze, and prevent machine failures effectively, thereby minimizing downtime. Additionally, the Technician will work with maintenance planners, submit work orders, and use various technologies like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools for data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict impending machine failure.
• Utilize reliability devices to detect potential issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule timely repairs.
• Contribute to improving and extending the life of manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Willingness to undergo job-related training.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
