Prerequisites

• High School Diploma with at least 5 years of field or managerial experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in a related field or WALA assisted living Administrator certification.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
• Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality care and services for clients.
• Complete various managerial procedures and employee policies.
• Supervise employees and manage staffing needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff and administration.

State/County/MCO Compliance

• Ensure proper communication and documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate client appointments and medical needs.
• Maintain facility safety and cleanliness standards.
• Observe and follow individual service plans and state regulations.
