Job Description

Network Management Group, a telecommunications company specializing in communications services, is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to join their Mishawaka, IN office. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and maintain customer files.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, providing updates and information.
  • Create pricing information sheets.
  • Process billing and invoicing from subcontractors.
  • Maintain production tracking and report to relevant contacts.
  • Prepare monthly invoices and generate reports as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
