Property Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee two properties in Pocatello, ID - Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments. Join 11 Residential, a company dedicated to maintaining high-quality communities and providing exceptional services to residents. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for supervising leasing and maintenance staff, maintaining property occupancy, evaluating market conditions, managing revenue and expenses, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain property occupancy and attract new residents.
• Approve lease applicants and evaluate market conditions.
• Increase revenue and control expenses.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Coordinate resident activities and correspondence.
• Ensure timely completion of property reporting.
• Operate within budget and purchasing guidelines.
• Maintain curb appeal of the properties.
• Conduct Human Resources functions.
• Assist other properties when necessary.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Two to five years of experience in property management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000.
