Job Description
Centria Healthcare is looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management across different service lines, focusing on delivering value-added services that support overall business goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly meetings with business units for HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and policies.
- Resolve complex team member relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide performance management guidance to enhance productivity and retention.
- Identify training needs and facilitate necessary programs for professional development.
- Collaborate with leadership on people initiatives to improve service delivery and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, including strategic HR roles.
- Proficiency in HR disciplines, compensation practices, and employment laws.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft and G Suite.
