Job Description

Centria Autism is currently seeking a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. As a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships within regions to align business objectives with team members and management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an effective level of business literacy and implementing value-added services that reflect overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
  • Manage complex team member relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
  • Provide performance management guidance to line management and team members.
  • Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Identify training needs, participate in monitoring training programs and ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborate on compensation analysis, workforce planning, diversity initiatives, and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SPHR/SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in resolving team member relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and employment laws.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and use them to drive business results.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday office hours with occasional flexibility required.
  • Physical demands include some bending, lifting, and prolonged computer use.
