Insight Surgical Hospital is looking for a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at our Warren, Michigan location. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with our Medical Staff to deliver exceptional patient care, specializing in peri-anesthesia nursing and post-operation care. This role requires adherence to high standards of patient safety, best clinical practices, and Physician directions.

Duties of PACU & Med Surgery RN:

• Provide professional peri-anesthesia nursing care across the age continuum.
• Care for patients pre and post operatively.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver superior nursing care.
• Supervise and guide PACU or pre-operative staff.
• Interact professionally and courteously with staff and patients.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in nursing.
• Michigan State licensure and BLS certification.
• Ability to work effectively with others and communicate clearly.
• Prior nursing experience in PACU, ambulatory care, or critical care preferred.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to professional standards.
