Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join Glassybaby LLC, a company dedicated to selling glassybaby products and promoting the brand's giving message. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email. Your primary duties will include selling products, maintaining the storefront, processing transactions accurately, and fostering customer relationships to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell glassybaby products to achieve sales goals and promote the brand.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold glassybaby standards.
• Operate Point of Sale software with precision and attention to detail.
• Foster customer partnerships through brand storytelling and engagement.
• Assist with inventory management, exchanges, and monthly counts.
• Collaborate with team members and management to address customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of glassybaby products and production processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and a positive attitude.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and Shopify software.
• Customer service and luxury sales experience desired.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather and climate conditions.
• Excellent vision and hearing capabilities for customer interactions.

Compensation

$17.5 per hour
