Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health. Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and provide appropriate nutrition interventions.
- Participate in developing individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans.
- Offer nutrition education and counseling tailored to each patient's needs.
- Monitor and revise nutritional recommendations based on patient progress.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum of two years' professional work experience in clinical nutrition.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting preferred.
