Job Description
CRSI is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Full-Time RN Coordinator for Seneca/Knox County. This position offers a $3000 sign-on bonus, $1500 referral bonus, paid training, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and various insurances.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in nursing care for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Ensure quality nursing care in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Monitor consumer safety, health, and welfare through in-person visits.
- Participate in quality assurance audits and infection control programs.
- Supervise nursing staff in the region.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Interest and experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Professional liability insurance recommended.
Compensation
$28-33 hourly wage.
