Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Central Vermont Medical Center. The Registered Nurse will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients, act as a patient advocate, and offer support, education, and comfort to patients and their families. Responsibilities include following hospital policies, professional standards, and physician orders, as well as supervising assigned nursing personnel.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Vermont Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and hospital policies.
- Implement the nursing process in patient care delivery.
- Work 80 hours per pay period.
- Possess a current RN license in the State of Vermont.
- Preference for 1 year of experience, though candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply as training may be provided.
Incentives
Sign-on bonus available with a 2-year commitment, up to $10,000 for Full-Time hires with at least one year of experience.
