Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician or Senior Veterinary Assistant for our Surgery department at our San Francisco location. As part of the Ethos Veterinary Health team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional veterinary care, supporting our mission of advancing animal health and compassionate service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preoperative patient care, anesthesia management, surgical procedures, and postoperative care.
- Conduct radiography and imaging, maintain equipment, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Be prepared to respond to emergency surgeries and administer medications as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Active CA-RVT license preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical and surgical experience in a Specialty Practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to monitor anesthesia accurately.
