We are looking for a motivated Replacement Sales Consultant to join our team at Pella DFW & West Texas. As a Replacement Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing the Pella Promise to homeowners, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets through effective presentation and follow-up. Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction by presenting Pella solutions effectively during in-home consultations.
- Follow the company's proven selling model to close sales and provide accurate quotes and orders.
- Address customer concerns promptly and maintain expertise in Pella's products and services.
- Build relationships with customers, generate referrals, and represent Pella at events and home shows.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A valid driver's license meeting company requirements is essential.
Physical Demands
