Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction by presenting Pella solutions effectively during in-home consultations.
  • Follow the company's proven selling model to close sales and provide accurate quotes and orders.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and maintain expertise in Pella's products and services.
  • Build relationships with customers, generate referrals, and represent Pella at events and home shows.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A valid driver's license meeting company requirements is essential.

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent local travel, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
