We are looking for a dedicated Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at the University Store. As a crucial member of the store team, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include processing donated merchandise for sale and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process merchandise, ensuring pricing and ticketing accuracy.
• Maintain in-person attendance and protect company property.
• Stock merchandise appropriately and follow set processing standards.
• Inspect and categorize donated merchandise based on quality and condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards promptly.
• Demonstrate Goodwill Core Values in daily work.
• Participate in cross-training and assist in various processing departments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English.
