Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team at Modern Office Methods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships while exceeding sales goals. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target sales leads through an established activity plan.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, both new and existing.
  • Exceed sales quotas and prospect for new clients through various channels.
  • Maintain detailed records using CRM software.
  • Prepare sales proposals and bids, ensuring a clear understanding of our mission and competitive advantages.
  • Handle objections and close deals following company processes.
  • Coordinate order processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in client reviews and handle complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and coordinators to provide excellent service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience in managing a book of business.
