Join our team at Good Feet Midwest, a rapidly expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America's #1 Arch Support Store. We operate multiple locations with plans for further expansion, aiming to help our community live an active and healthy lifestyle by reducing foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.
We are seeking driven individuals who are passionate about changing lives, effective communicators with strong interpersonal skills, and value integrity, passion, positivity, and diligence. As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in assisting customers to find relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain. Utilize our comprehensive training program to become proficient in consultations and sales, supported by ongoing coaching and development.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers enthusiastically through a consultative sales approach.
- Process transactions and advise customers on financing options.
- Provide timely and consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Own your personal sales metrics and goals.
- Embrace self-development and growth opportunities.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a bonus structure, with average pay ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually based on a daily rate, commission, and bonus.
