Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Are you a talented Senior OnBase Developer looking for a new opportunity? Princeton University is seeking a Senior OnBase Developer to join its central IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and integrating solutions deployed on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. You will work independently and collaboratively with the OnBase team, developing, testing, debugging, and supporting solutions for campus users. This position also involves providing application support, troubleshooting operational issues, and assisting the OnBase Administrator. Responsibilities

• Enhance OnBase solutions using OnBase API, C#, and VBScript.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications for seamless integration.
• Utilize native OnBase functionality including Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms.
• Create technical requirements based on functional needs and manage configuration changes.
• Maintain and refine existing content management solutions for future needs.
• Build reports using Hyland Report Services module and custom SQL scripts.
• Support OnBase application administration and maintenance.
• Lead projects from development to production go-live and provide solution analysis for customer projects.
• Build relationships with campus users and key stakeholders involved in OnBase implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT experience with 3+ years working with enterprise content management software.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and configuring ECM modules.
• Proficiency in OnBase API, C#, VBScript, and SQL scripting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience with OnBase by Hyland.
• Experience with ECM administration tools, OnBase certifications, and familiarity with other software.
• Background in higher education is a plus.
