Your responsibilities will include ensuring space efficiency, managing inventory accuracy, and providing training to other employees.
Responsibilities
- Move and condense merchandise for optimal space utilization.
- Handle product transfers to and from the show floor.
- Utilize the point of sale (POS) system to manage product flow.
- Inspect, assemble, and wrap outgoing merchandise to ensure quality delivery.
- Provide training to other team members and lead by example.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
- Assist with grounds and building maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer knowledge.
