Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist

Job Description

Colliflower Inc., a leading Parker Hannifin distributor of hoses and fittings, is seeking a Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist to join their team. This position offers an opportunity to learn the fluid connector business and Colliflower's operations through education and training in various areas of the store.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Identify product solutions for customers under the guidance of the Store Manager.
• Resolve customer issues following Colliflower's guiding principles.
• Participate in customer capture programs and company training.
• Promote all company products and services.

Hose Assembly & Facility Management

• Assemble and crimp hoses according to manufacturer's recommendations.
• Assist with waste and cost reduction.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean store.
• Help with routine facility maintenance.

Inventory & Product Management

• Handle deliveries, stock product, and maintain displays.
• Perform inventory projects and order products as directed.
• Track inventory levels and process shipping/receiving.

Administration

• Process sales transactions and record invoices accurately.
• Complete administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of intellectual property.

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and organizational skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 150lbs and perform physical tasks.

Work Environment

• Work in a workshop environment using standard office equipment and tools.
• Exposure to noise and occasional odors.
