Technician, Field Svc IV-Temp

Job Description

We are looking for a temporary Technician, Field Service IV to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. for a project-based role in Las Vegas. As part of the Field Service team, you will provide operational, maintenance, and networking support for customers, ensuring seamless technical expertise for Canon products. This position involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, software, and system failures, meeting customer demands, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, and system failures per established procedures.
• Prepare reports on product failure trends and serviceability with accurate documentation.
• Provide efficient and responsive on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain technical information, reports, and Canon property.
• Provide solutions for escalated technical or customer service issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 to 6 years of related experience.
• 4-6 years as a Canon Field Service Technician with expertise in Canon products.
• Willingness to travel, work in a 24x7 environment, and perform shift work.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and be mobile more than 50% of the time.
